COOKING GUIDELINES

Oven cook - From Chilled:

Pre heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Cover pastry with foil and place pie on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for approx:

1/2 lb  - 25-30 mins (remove foil for last 10 mins)

1lb  - 45-50 mins  (remove foil for last 10 mins)

 2lb  - 50-60 mins (remove foil for last 10 mins)

Ensure pie is piping hot before serving.

For fan assisted ovens, reduce cooking time and temperature according to appliance manufacturers' guidelines.
